Welcome to Fascia IQ

What We do

At the heart of what we do is education. We're passionate about equipping practitioners with a deeper understanding of FASCIA. This knowledge can be the transformative missing piece in your treatment practice, providing fresh insights into the body's form and function. More importantly, it empowers you with techniques that facilitate meaningful change in your clients' structural balance, compensation patterns, and deeply ingrained protective habits.

What sets us apart is our commitment to providing practitioners like you with the knowledge and tools to unlock the potential of fascia in your practice. We believe that understanding the role of fascia can revolutionise the way you approach treatment and empower you to make a lasting impact on your client's well-being.

FASCIA EDUCATION AND COURSES

Professional development for practitioners

“To any health care professional, therapist, healer, and human who would like to understand the workings of the human body, mind, and spirit, I would certainly recommend taking Fascia IQ courses. They really are transformational. Not just for your practice, but for your own health and wellbeing too.”

What People Are Saying about our courses

“I have been an attendee of Beth's myofascial release (MFR) courses, including Scars and Adhesions. I have found MFR a very useful adjunct to my osteopathic practice, as a gentler modality. It is especially effective in bringing client healing by rapid means in long-standing conditions and in helping with postural correction. In addition, I appreciate Beth's no-nonsense and clear tuition style. The course weekends I have been on have been most informative.”

— Chris, Osteopath, Canterbury

“WOW! What an absolute transformation to my practice! Every single one of my clients today has left in absolute awe! One client started her session saying she has not been able to kneel for eight years because of her osteoarthritis. I was able to have her kneeling again in one session of MFR! Thank you so much for such an incredible course. You have totally inspired me. I am understanding the realms of the human body with so much more clarity.”

Kathryn, Physio, Gisborne

"The Functional Myofascial Anatomy course was so good. I am a second year student in remedial massage and this has massively aided my deep understanding of where muscles are as we got to draw them on the body. I feel so much more confident in my palpation skills. The fascia aspect has been the missing link I have been looking for in my anatomy knowledge. It is all connected! I am glad I am starting my training with this perspective. Loved it! I would recommend it for any starting therapist or bodyworker."

Our distinctive Fascia IQ approach navigates through the body's tissue layers from superficial to deep, identifying and addressing restrictions both within, and between, muscle and fascial structures. You will gain a practitioner’s insight into how creating mobility in the body's seams and interfaces enhances tissue glide-ability, facilitates the restoration of natural muscle length and function, and has profound effects on the client’s whole body.
